RETURN, EXCHANGE & NO REFUND POLICY
- No Refund Policy
1.1 ZAY AYN maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
1.2 All purchases made on the website are non-refundable, except in cases where a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to verification and approval.
1.3 Refunds shall not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection made by the customer
- Minor color or design variations
- Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
- Return Eligibility (Exchange Only, If Applicable)
2.1 Customers may request a return for exchange purposes only within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
2.2 To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned in original condition
- Contain all original tags, packaging, and company seals intact
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
2.3 Products returned without prior authorization shall not be accepted.

- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Mandatory Video Proof Required)
3.1 Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
3.2 The unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the sealed outer package before opening
- Clearly display the shipping label
- Show the complete opening process without cuts or pauses
- Clearly display the product and the alleged issue
3.3 In the event a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify ZAY AYN within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- The original unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photographs of the product
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.
3.5 Upon verification and approval, ZAY AYN may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds shall not be issued.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn products
- Products with broken seals or missing tags
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling
- Products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene or quality concerns
- Final Authority
ZAY AYN reserves the sole and absolute right to:
- Approve or reject any return or exchange request
- Determine product condition upon inspection
- Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice

6.1 ZAY AYN does not permit exchanges under any circumstances.
6.2 Returns shall only be considered in the event of a product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, as verified by ZAY AYN.
