Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and delivery of products from ZAY AYN. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
- Order Processing
1.1 All confirmed orders shall be processed within one (1) working day, operating Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
1.2 Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time on Saturdays shall be processed on the next working day (Monday).
1.3 ZAY AYN reserves the right to extend processing timelines during periods of high order volume, unforeseen operational constraints, or uncontrollable events. Customers shall be notified in the event of significant delays.
- Shipping & Delivery
2.1 ZAY AYN partners with third-party courier service providers for order fulfilment across India.
2.2 Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (subject to location)
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at an additional charge)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in selected serviceable locations only
2.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to logistical constraints, courier policies, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Shipping Charges
3.1 Free standard shipping shall apply to all prepaid orders exceeding ₹800.
3.2 Orders below ₹800 shall be subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹49 across India, irrespective of delivery location.
3.3 Express shipping charges, where applicable, shall be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.
ZAY AYN reserves the right to revise shipping charges at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Order Tracking
4.1 Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment tracking details via registered email address or mobile number.
4.2 ZAY AYN shall not be liable for delays in tracking updates caused by courier service providers.
- Serviceable Regions
5.1 ZAY AYN currently ships orders within India only.
5.2 International shipping services are not available at this time.
- Delivery Limitations & Liability
6.1 ZAY AYN shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising from:
- Courier partner disruptions
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Strikes, governmental actions, or regulatory restrictions
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
6.2 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional re-shipping charges.
